Dumpster Rental in the River Arts District (RAD)
Fitting out a studio on Depot Street, reworking a gallery, or clearing a space along the river for its next chapter? The River Arts District runs on projects like these, and we keep the roll-offs coming — commercial-sized cans, flat pricing, and pickup that works around your build.
Built for the work the District runs on
Most of what we drop off down here is commercial — creative spaces getting fit out, refreshed, or rebuilt along the French Broad.
Studio, gallery & shop buildouts
The District is packed with makers turning raw space into something. Framing, drywall, flooring, and old fixtures all come out during a buildout, and a 20-yard keeps the job moving without a pile stacking up by the door.

Restaurant, brewery & warehouse work
Tenant fit-outs along Lyman and Roberts Streets throw off heavy mixed debris — tile, concrete, and steel shelving. We match a 20 or 30-yard to the job and plan for the weight so a heavy load never turns into a surprise.

And plenty of spaces down here have been reworked since the river came up in 2024. Whether it is a full gut or a cosmetic redo, we take construction and demolition debris and haul it straight out.
Pick a roll-off for your River Arts District project
Every River Arts District rental is one flat rate — drop-off, seven days, and haul-away in a single price, nothing tacked on later. Bigger job or a tight curbside spot? Tell us the location when you book. You can also look at our roll-off dumpster and commercial dumpster service, or our dumpster size guide.
What you can load
Construction and demolition debris is our bread and butter down here — drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, brick, concrete, fixtures, and shop clutter. A short list needs to stay out of the box. For a full site build, our construction dumpster page has the details.
✕ Keep out wet paint, tires, batteries, and hazardous chemicals. Not sure about a material? Send a photo before you book.
Setting the dumpster on your own lot or parking pad needs no permit. Because many District spaces open right onto public streets, a curbside spot may need a right-of-way permit from the City of Asheville — we’ll flag it when you book so nothing stalls the crew.
