About Our Asheville Dumpster Rental Company
We’re not a call center dispatching your order to whichever truck is free that day. We’re a locally owned team based right here in Asheville, and every container that shows up at your property was scheduled by someone who actually knows this city.
Who we are
Dumpster Rental company started because too many rental companies in this market work the same frustrating way: a low number over the phone, then delivery fees, environmental fees, and weight charges that show up once the container is already sitting in the driveway. We built this business to work the other way around. One price, confirmed before booking, with nothing added later that wasn’t mentioned on the first call.
We’re not the biggest name in waste hauling, and we’re not trying to be. We’re a small, local operation that would rather do right by the same neighborhoods over and over than chase volume across a territory too big to actually know well.
Why we started this company
Our owner spent 6 years working in waste hauling and construction before starting this company, and saw the same pattern too often: national brokers taking a booking online, then handing it off to a subcontractor with no real stake in how the job went. Asheville’s hills, historic districts, and older neighborhoods don’t work well with that model. A driver who’s never seen a property before doesn’t know that a driveway off Town Mountain Road needs a different approach than a flat lot in South Asheville.
So we built something smaller and more direct: a real phone call answered by someone who can recommend a size, a driver who knows how to protect a driveway before the container comes off the truck, and pricing that doesn’t change between the quote and the invoice.
How we work
A real conversation first
Every rental starts with a call or a quote request, not a form that spits out a generic price. We ask what the project actually is, since a roofing tear off and a garage cleanout need different sizes and weight allowances.
Delivery that respects the property
Every container gets placed with protective boards underneath on asphalt or concrete, and on a steep or narrow driveway, our driver finds the section that actually works instead of the first flat-looking spot.
No surprises at pickup
The price quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice. If something’s genuinely not a good fit for a dumpster rental, we’ll say so honestly instead of renting you a container you don’t need.
Why homeowners and contractors trust us
Asheville isn’t a flat city, and a lot of rental companies treat every delivery the same way regardless of terrain. We don’t. We’ve placed containers on driveways in Montford’s historic district, hillside lots near North Asheville, and everything in between, and that experience shapes how we quote, schedule, and deliver every job.
We’re also honest about what we don’t know until we ask. A quote over the phone is a real estimate based on what you tell us, not a guess pulled from a size chart. If we need more detail to get it right, we’ll ask before you book, not after the truck shows up.
Every project, the same standard
Homeowners
Clearing out a garage or gutting a kitchen.
Contractors
Needing a container on site before day one of demolition.
Businesses
Who can’t have a dumpster sitting in a customer’s parking spot.
Storm Recovery
Families dealing with Hurricane Helene damage who need someone to show up and do what they said.
Whatever the project, the same standard applies: a real price, a real delivery window, and someone who picks up the phone when you call.
Rooted in Asheville
This business is based in Asheville, not a regional office serving a dozen states. We know the difference between a quick job near downtown and a delivery that has to work its way up switchbacks near the Blue Ridge Parkway. That’s not a marketing line, it’s just what happens when a company stays small enough to actually know the streets it works on.
Licensed & insured
Licensed and insured for waste hauling in North Carolina.
Accountable
If something goes wrong on a job, a real person answers for it, not a claims department three states away.
