Who we are
Dumpster Rental company started because too many rental companies in this market work the same frustrating way: a low number over the phone, then delivery fees, environmental fees, and weight charges that show up once the container is already sitting in the driveway. We built this business to work the other way around. One price, confirmed before booking, with nothing added later that wasn’t mentioned on the first call.
We’re not the biggest name in waste hauling, and we’re not trying to be. We’re a small, local operation that would rather do right by the same neighborhoods over and over than chase volume across a territory too big to actually know well.
Why we started this company
Our owner spent 6 years working in [waste hauling / construction / before starting this company, and saw the same pattern too often: national brokers taking a booking online, then handing it off to a subcontractor with no real stake in how the job went. Asheville’s hills, historic districts, and older neighborhoods don’t work well with that model. A driver who’s never seen a property before doesn’t know that a driveway off Town Mountain Road needs a different approach than a flat lot in South Asheville.
So we built something smaller and more direct: a real phone call answered by someone who can recommend a size, a driver who knows how to protect a driveway before the container comes off the truck, and pricing that doesn’t change between the quote and the invoice.

Delivery that respects the property
Every container gets placed with protective boards underneath on asphalt or concrete, and on a steep or narrow driveway, our driver finds the section that actually works instead of the first flat-looking spot.
No surprises at pickup
The price quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice. If something’s genuinely not a good fit for a dumpster rental, we’ll say so honestly instead of renting you a container you don’t need.
